What products is Eleanora's Market looking for?

We are looking for an assortment of ELEANORA unique vendors. ELEANORA will limit vendors per category in order to ensure a successful event for our vendors and shoppers.

Can the market promote my business?

Starting at $250, your products can be featured in promotions to highlight your efforts. Promote yourself in podcasts, printed banners, web ads and online blogs.

Terms of Use

Vendors must operate within ELEANORA Market’s Terms of Use. Payment of your invoice indicates that you agree with our terms of use below.

Weather:
ELEANORA Market is an OUTDOOR market. Therefore, the market will take place weekly RAIN or SHINE. The market and its organizers are not responsible for damage relating to the weather, tent weights are required. Wind gusts can exceed 20 mph in this area of Houston. All sales final, booth fees are non-refundable since marketing and planning expenses are incurred for each event. A credit may will be given only if ELEANORA cancels the market due to unforeseen circumstances.

Licensing and Permits:
Vendors are responsible for their own permits and licenses. Vendors are responsible for collecting sales tax.

Insurance:
Vendors are responsible for their own insurance. The market organizers, lot owners and Cavatore are not responsible for injury, loss of items, theft, and damage. Vendor assumes all risk and liability associated with selling at the event, including theft, damage of items, injury etc. ELEANORA Market does not guarantee sales. The market organizers reserve the right to cancel the market.

Booths must be staffed 15 minutes before the market opens to the public and must remain staffed throughout the entire duration of the market. Vendors are not permitted to leave or pack up early. Packing up begins when the market ends on Saturday afternoon at 1PM. Vendors who pack up and leave earlier than 1PM will not be allowed to participate in future ELEANORA Market events.

Vendor/Booth locations will assigned based on arrival time and the flow/mix of products. Vendors are expected to sell ONLY the items that they indicated in their application. Items that do not meet the aesthetic requirements of the market are not permitted to be sold. Craft vendors are not permitted to sell food or beverages.

We do not hold reservations for unpaid invoices. Therefore, vendors who have not paid invoices for their booth fee upon receipt will forfeit their spot at the market.

Is there a "No Show" policy?

Vendors who do not show up for their reserved space without contacting us beforehand will not receive booth credits and may be barred from future markets. We cannot have empty spaces at the market. On a case by case basis Vendors who contact us to cancel prior to the event may receive a credit. No refunds will be provided.

Vendor Behavior

Vendors must behave in a courteous manner to each other customers, and to employees/representatives/contractors of the market. Vendors who are disruptive and rude will be asked to leave the market and will not receive refunds for their booth fees.

All vendors must carry county health department permits required for their agricultural/ food products. Contact your Harris County Health Department representative prior to registering.
